I’ve worked with celebrities, models, politicians, military, moms & more. I’ve help hundreds of people reach their fitness goals. If you are unsure of what you would like, that’s perfectly normal. A lot of my clients know they want to lose weight but don’t know where to start. That was me when I first started. I now have over 11 years in the fitness industry and love my job. I have worked with Nike, Reebok, Under Armour , The NFL and more. If you are unsure let’s start with a 30 day trial.

I will create a successful plan to help you lose and tone weight. All workouts and meal plans will be available through my Regina Perez Fitness app with video instructions for each exercise.

 

COACHING:

  • Every 30 days your meal and workout is modified to adjust to your progress.
  • We will do 3 virtual check ins so I can see your progress
  • Monthly Meetups Run/Walk with other clients (if local)
  • You will also get added to a private fInness & motivational  group where you can ask questions and seek guidance.
  • I am available 24/7 for coaching and questions. 
  • Daily inspiration quotes to keep you motivated
