We all want a flat, toned stomach but it does not come overnight. Many people think that crunches alone will get them a six pack. WRONG. Crunching is an effective abdominal exercise but it is not the best if you want to achieve defined abs. You must target all areas including front and side, lower back, hips and upper thighs. To lose belly fat and uncover amazing abs I would suggest more core stabilization exercises. By performing core stabilization exercises it helps develop better posture and develop better balance. Planks are recommended because it burns more calories than crunches. Let us throw out crunches and get with these effective abdominal exercises and you’ll be on your way to being summer time fine.
