Refund Policy: There will be no refunds. When you book with us, you fill up an appointment slot and proper preparation for our meeting will take attention to detail. You are paying for our valuable time, expertise, experience, and personalized 1 on 1 coaching for your show.

Rescheduling and cancellation policy: You will not be able to reschedule or cancel your meeting with us unless medical emergency.

Are you wanting to compete but do not know where to start? That was me when I first started. I have now created a successful plan to helped others place Top 3 in their class. All workouts and meal plans will be available through my RPF app with video instructions for each exercise.

COACHING:

• Every 30 days your meal and workout is modified to adjust to your progress.
• We will do biweekly virtual video check ins so I can see your progress
• Monthly Group Complimentary 1:1 Posing sessions (30 minutes Virtual)

POSING:

• There are 3 main poses in bikini: Front pose, Back pose, and Model pose. ​
• Most of your competitors will be doing either all three are at least 2 of those poses 
• Virtual sessions are done on Zoom. If in Florida it can be in person.

CANCELLATIONS:
No cancellation or refunds due to the extensive amount of time that is taken to prepare workouts & meal plans. All Sales are final. No transferring services. No exceptions

Competition Prep Coach 

This customized meal plan includes a macronutrient breakdown (Protein, Carbohydrate, Fats per meal) along with a table of approved foods. This allows you not only the flexibility in your meals but will also allow you to LEARN which foods work best for you. Additionally, you get recommended times when you should eat. Lastly, I would get more in-depth with foods you should eat based on blood type and customize it to your needs. If you have any dietary need those will be considered also. Each week we will check-in via photos and text discussing your week to week progress.

Most of your competitors will be doing either all three are at least 2 of those poses
so executing them flawlessly is what will help you stand out. Confidence is key when it
comes to walking on stage and hitting your poses so OWN IT by walking with purpose and holding those poses as if that stage was yours. You have worked too hard to not show off your body with confidence and style. I cover all aspects of posing making sure there are no surprises on your show day. We will be going through everything from your walk to call outs and holding your pose when you’re off to the side. A seasoned athlete starts posing from behind the curtain and I teach all my competitors to come in looking like seasoned pros!

Virtual sessions are done on Zoom.
