Are you wanting to compete but do not know where to start? That was me when I first started. I have now created a successful plan to helped others place Top 3 in their class. All workouts and meal plans will be available through my RPF app with video instructions for each exercise.

 

COACHING:

  • Every 30 days your meal and workout is modified to adjust to your progress.
  • We will do biweekly virtual check ins so I can see your progress
  • Monthly Complimentary Bikini Posing sessions (15 minutes Virtual)
  • Consultation for hair, makeup and overall look
  • Backstage support at all National Level shows and other shows as needed
  • You will also get added to a private bikini  group where you can ask questions and seek guidance
  • Pre-Comp Support: Assistance with suit selection, tanning for show day, peak week
  • I am available 24/7 for coaching and questions. 
  • Inspiration quotes to keep you motivated

POSING:

  • There are 3 main poses in bikini: Front pose, Back pose, and Model pose. ​
  • Most of your competitors will be doing either all three are at least 2 of those poses 
  • Virtual sessions are done on Zoom. If in Florida it can be in person. 

 


CANCELLATIONS:
No cancellation or refunds due to the extensive amount of time that is taken to prepare workouts & meal plans. All Sales are final. No transferring services. No exceptions
