Bikini | Wellness | Figure Posing Session Available 

In Person Posing Locations | Pensacola, FL | Gulf Shores, AL

There are 3 main poses: Front pose, Back pose, and Model pose. ​

Most of your competitors will be doing either all three are at least 2 of those poses
so executing them flawlessly is what will help you stand out. Confidence is key when it
comes to walking on stage and hitting your poses so OWN IT by walking with purpose and holding those poses as if that stage was yours. You have worked too hard to not show off your body with confidence and style. I cover all aspects of posing making sure there are no surprises on your show day. We will be going through everything from your walk to call outs and holding your pose when you’re off to the side. A seasoned athlete starts posing from behind the curtain and I teach all my competitors to come in looking like seasoned pros!

Virtual sessions are done on Zoom.

Are you wanting to compete but do not know where to start? That was me when I first started. I have now created a successful plan to helped others place Top 3 in their class. All workouts and meal plans will be available through my RPF app with video instructions for each exercise.

COACHING:

• Every 30 days your meal and workout is modified to adjust to your progress.
• We will do biweekly virtual video check ins so I can see your progress
• Monthly Complimentary 1:1 Posing sessions (15 minutes Virtual)
• Consultation for hair, makeup and overall look
• Backstage support at all National Level shows and other shows as needed
• You will also get added to a private bikini group where you can ask questions and seek guidance
• Pre-Comp Support: Assistance with suit selection, tanning for show day, peak week
• Access to posing clinics & workshops 
• I am available M-F 5am-5pm for coaching and questions.

No cancellation or refunds due to the extensive amount of time that is taken to prepare workouts & meal plans. All Sales are final. No transferring services. No exceptions

You can wear what you feel comfortable in. Posing suits to change into or shorts and sports bra.

WHAT CAN I BRING ? ARE THERE ITEM RESTRICTIONS?

Water bottles are permitted. Alcohol, outside food, and/or pets (other than service animals) are NOT permitted for this event. All guests will be required to pass through a security screening and magnetometers.*
